Viera Ride Shop Return Policy
You may return your merchandise for credit to your credit card or you may exchange for another item. Please use the 'Contact' link at the upper right of our website and select 'Returns' as the contact to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Repack the item(s) in the box your order was shipped in and return the package to Viera Ride Shop.
You may return most merchandise purchased from www.VieraRideShop.com within 20 days of your purchase for a full merchandise credit or exchange. All returned merchandise must be unopened and unused.
We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post.
Special Rules for Skateboards
All skateboards must be un-skated and in new condition (no grip tape or defects). No skateboard deck is completely guaranteed. Once a skateboard has been used it cannot be returned or refunded. Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Viera Ride Shop is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions, this information is passed along to us from each distributor and the distributor must be contacted directly with any dispute.
Viera Ride Shop does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks.
Please note that any abuse to the return policy will result in the suspension of your account and your return will be denied.
